About Trainer Behaviour

Trainer Behaviour allows customers and fellow health and fitness professionals to search for and review each other's services. Each health and fitness professional who has an account with Trainer Behaviour will be able to advertise their service and provide key information such as location, times, costs and specialities to new a few.
Trainer Behaviour aims to enhance the health and fitness community by making customers and other health and fitness professionals more aware of the different services available locally. From this aim the benefits of using Trainer Behaviour, for the customer, are:
  • Improved choice of health and fitness services, through increased awareness
  • Finding the right professional for your health and fitness need, in one central location
The benefits for the health and professionals for having a Trainer Behaviour account are:
  • Opportunity to improve service, based on reviews and feedback
  • Opportunity to promote services and skills to the relevant communities, in one central location
  • Opportunity to connect with other health and fitness professionals, further building on an already vibrant working community
When upgrading your Trainer Behaviour account to a premium account, you will receive the following benefits:
  • An increase in the amount of gallery content (25 photos and 5 videos from 10 photos and 2 videos max on the standard account)
  • An increase in the number of tags able to be used  (25 tags from 10 tags on the standard account)
  • Unlimited access to the Trainer Behaviour blog (first 10 articles on the standard account)
The cost to upgrade to premium is £X.XX per month, £XX for six months or £XX for 12 months.


Yes, for you to have a listing on Trainer Behaviour, you are required to have a registered account.
Within the Dashboard section of the website, you will be able to find a "report" section. Please fill in the report form, which will be sent to the Trainer Behaviour team, who will look to review and act on the report within 48 hours of the report being submitted.
If you are a fellow professional who is found to be leaving unsuitable/false information on someone else's profile, you will be asked to provide evidence to disprove the above. During this time your Trainer Behaviour account will be suspended and if deemed to be using false information, your Trainer Behaviour account will be removed. This approach also looks for health and fitness professionals to encourage customers to leave true reviews as well, to keep the community feel of this industry going strong.


To update your Trainer Behaviour account, click into the Dashboard section, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of the page and click into either the edit listing page if you are wanting to update a listing, or the edit details section if you are looking to update account details.
Each listing on Trainer Behaviour has a review section on its page. Within this section, a service can be rated from 0-5 stars, as well as feedback as to how they found the service. Those leaving a review are expected to also leave a name and email address.
Yes you can, in fact, it is encouraged for professionals to leave reviews on each other's listings as this will draw more people to visit your listing, whilst also providing more information as to the service which you bring.
Whilst you can directly add any other search filters to Trainer Behaviour, you can suggest any search filters or tags you feel that are missing to the Trainer Behaviour team. The way to do this is through the contact us page on the website and we will look to come back to you within 48 hours of the request being sent.
If you are experiencing any problems with your Trainer Behaviour account, please use the contact us page on the website and provide us with the exact details as to the issue(s) you are facing. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the issue you are contacting us over. One of the Trainer Behaviour team will look to get in touch as soon as possible, with the latest time being two days of the receipt of the issue.
