I worked with Adam for a while until I moved to Canada. Adam increased my strength 10 fold and got 2 gym records with his coaching. Not only has he helped me as a powerlifter but I use his techniques with my coaching too. Adam has been like a mentor to me with training, aiding my technique, mobility and different periodization techniques that have helped me tremendously.
Got nothing but praise for Adam. His training methods and training style worked wonders for me. He pushed me to be better and stronger. Adam would never be lackluster, he would always be helping you in many ways. Adam is a very intelligent coach.
I went on a Powerlifting practical course given by Adam. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and learned loads. Adam has great knowledge of strength training and he is very passionate about passing this on to others. I would recommend Adam without hesitation.
I attended a knee wrap workshop Sunday 1st march. I would like to say it was a very informative and enjoyable experience. Adam engages with his audience very well and is extreemly knowledgeable. I don’t want this to sound like a school report😂 just give it a try and I guarantee it will add value to your squat.

Trained with Adam for 8 months. During this time he successfully tailored programs to overcome previous injuries that had prevented me from benching heavy, and successful rehabilitation from hip injuries that caused me issues with deadlifting in the past. We ran a peaking cycle leading up to my first powerlifting competition, a hypertrophy programme & a strongman programme. Each programme was tailored to my needs, pinpointing any weaknesses in my lifts.
The training environment is extremely positive and I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone looking for help with any aspect of training, including dietary programmes which we incorporated.
I never would have increased my strength so much without Adam coaching me! I’m so excited to see what I can achieve at the next couple of comps.
