I'm a nurse by trade but i've been training myself for the past 5 years and finally did my personal training level 2 & 3 qualification in March 2020 in order to give back to other people. My love of training was too much to keep to myself and I wanted to help those who started where I did, right at the beginning.
I strive to bring my clients the best quality of coaching possible, working to break poor food habits, food demonising and boost every little bit of confidence they're lacking in. My aim is to make YOU feel UNSTOPPABLE.

I worked with Alice for a good while and she was amazing!! Changed my relationship with food and tailored my workouts to suit my ability! Always checking that I was doing okay and making sure everything was alright for me! I wasn’t sure online coaching would work for me because I am awful for lacking in motivation and discipline but Alice proved me wrong! With her check ins and the app I felt myself becoming more disciplined and doing what I needed to do! I had to stop due to work commitments but that will soon be changing and I’ll be straight back to Asfit Coaching!
An absolute star. Everything tailored for me and really got me to understand nutrition which is something I’ve always struggled with. She constantly checks in and makes sure I’m happy and enjoying doing the work. 8kgs in 8 weeks speaks volumes for her.
I’ve been working with Asfit training for a couple of weeks now (but been following the guidance on Asfit coaching insta account during lockdown). I’m really enjoying our sessions so far, and how it is consistently aligned to achieving my goals that I have set out to do. It is very individualised for me, which is exactly what I was looking for in a PT and coach.
I like how Asfit coaching is an all round approach, and there’s a lot of support and guidance outside sessions as well. It’s important for me to build on my knowledge outside of weekly sessions (which you don’t get with all PT’s) so you can aim to learn and develop your fitness and nutrition skills and that’s exactly what I’m getting.
I feel I can be totally upfront and myself with no judgement which is really helpful, so you can be completely open about your journey, to achieve your goals. I’m looking forward to hitting these!
Have been working with Alice for approx 2 months now and have been blown away with the support I’ve received!
