Mel is just the best, she has really motivated me after i got myself stuck in a rut. She gives realistic and sustainable diet advice. Her sessions are amazing and she pushes you each time, already seeing results after just 4 weeks. Cannot recommended enough.
Just love all our classes and 1-1 training with Melissa, always pushing us to our max but always makes each session so enjoyable and fun and always making us feel comfortable. So pleased with our results from our first block of 1-1 sessions and cant wait to see what else we can achieve! Mel also gives the best nutritional advice and brings the best energy to each session. Highly reccomend!!

I have not been been training 1-1 with Mel long but in the time i have she has pushed me and motivated me to do my best 👌 Shes also got loads of advice for ways to keep it up at home. I feel really motivated when around her and she’s a genuinely lovely girl. Can’t wait till her classes are back on to add to what i am doing 💪
