Jay is a great P/T and is very knowledgeable within the field. He is very approachable in the gym and gives you different variations of exercises to keep the muscles working. He runs circuit classes which are designed to get the best out of the whole class, regardless of age or fitness levels. I’d highly recommend Bullet Fitness!
Jay is very professional in what he does and always pushes you to your limits. Had loads of different PTs and he’s definitely the best.

Jay is a great PT for all levels of fitness, he pushes you and supports you every step of the way. He spends time to get to know you aswell as getting to know your goals. I would highly recommend. His circuit classes are great too, I was always reluctant to try a circuit class as I thought this was for those who are really fit but that’s not the case he makes everyone feel welcome regardless of your fitness level. I couldn’t praise him enough.
Always coming out feeling better than i did before i went in, pushes and encourages you to do better each time. Very helpful and approachable, would recommend.
