Joanne is fab! Really educates you and understands that we are all human! She keeps you on your toes and is always checking in on you! Its only the start of my journey with Joanne but after only a few weeks can definitely see changes and I feel loads better ! Her sessions are fab I really I am destroyed after them 🤣
Joanne is a great PT. I absolutely love my early morning sessions with her and never want them to end! She really knows how to push me and makes me push myself. Her sessions are always different and even though they’re tough, we have fun.
I went into Joannes PT Sessions as a hater of all things physical exercise! She pushed me to do things I didn’t feel comfortable with and even though I probably moaned 80/90% of the time, she stayed patient with me and made me feel good about myself and the progress I was making with my fitness. She’s all about empowering women and I what’s not to love about that!!
Her enthusiasm of nutrition and fitness is contagious and just spending that one hour PT session with her makes you really want to strive to be the best version of yourself!
