Hi, I’m Jodie. I have been personal training for the past 5 years at the Gym Group Liverpool One, specifying in postural correction and joint pain along with strength conditioning and sports specific movement based training and nutrition. I am extremely passionate about my career and have always naturally been drawn towards helping anyone in need of support or motivation throughout my life in general. I find that this reflects well through the confidence and trust I gain from all of my clients. I am a believer in improving a person’s psychology and lifestyle habits in order to provide successful, long lasting results, therefore I also act as my clients’ counsellor, when need be, which has proven to help drastically with my clients’ progress and motivation. I also offer online personal training and outdoor sessions in the Liverpool city centre area for none gym members or anyone outside of the Liverpool area. I’m always happy to help with any health goals no matter how complicated they may seem so please don’t hesitate to get in touch! 🙂

I have been training with Jodie for over a year now. I can’t recommend her highly enough. In my job I do a lot of lifting and so we worked on improving strength in those muscles and now my job is a lot easier ! I used to come home with back pain but I don’t any more. I also thought I wouldn’t be able to run anymore as I sustained plantar fasciitis but after some targeted exercises I was back running again thanks to Jodie. She is not only a fantastic PT but also a bit of a counsellor and she has supported me mentally as well as physically to achieve my goals. During lockdown we did online sessions which were just as effective as sessions in the gym, I really felt like I was really working hard and my strength and ability improved. The Instagram work out sessions were also a life saver in terms of staying healthy and well during lock down when the gyms are closed. The best decision I ever made was to start training with Jodie, I am so happy with the way I look and feel and it is thanks to her.

Incredible person to train with.

I had the pleasure of training with Jodie back in the day, when I thought “weights make women bulky” but Jodie convinced me otherwise and started an incredible journey for me. Jodie in herself is positive and kind, she has an incredible knowledge base and is always keen to develop this to ensure your training (and injury!) needs are met. Jodie encourages you to be the best you can be, and without her I wouldn’t have achieved my goals.
I absolutely loved our PT sessions, and seeing her smile around the gym. Jodie made me want to push myself in a different way and completely changed my views on exercise and nutrition. Thank you.

I’ve been training with Jodie for about 2 years now and I’m such a different person mentally and physically all thanks to her.
Jodie doesn’t just tailor her sessions around your current physique, she also acknowledges any other interests (like my rock climbing) and your current personal life. This adds an extra personal touch to every session and honestly gives you that extra motivation to keep going and brings the best out of you every time.
I’d honestly recommend Jodie whether you’re a beginner or advanced, her knowledge is incredible and the past 2 years have been amazing!

Jodie is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. Jodie guided me through a great fitness and nutrition plan but also helped me with postural correction that I have greatly benefited from. Jodie really takes interest in getting to know you and who you really are, not only is Jodie a friend but she tailors all training specific to your unique requirements.

If your looking for someone to sort your posture out, get you in to shape and give you a kick up the arse, Jodie’s the woman for the job! I trained with Jodie for around 2 years and never once came out of a session with a smile! She’s funny, personable and most importantly, she can tailor any session to help you achieve your goals. I can’t recommend Jodie enough!
