Louise is simple brilliant at what she does. I trained with her before I got pregnant and due to personal reasons, I stopped training when pregnant. Since having my baby I’ve completed a post natal course with her. It has been life changing for me, I’d recommend anyone to do it, not just those who are post natal. It’s eye opening to get the understanding of how to isolate your core muscles in order to exercise correctly and I can already feel the difference in my body. Louise is welcoming, warm and so easy to get on with. She has the perfect balance of pushing you towards your goals but in such an inspiring way. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
I came across Louise by chance when a sponsored Facebook post appeared for exactly what a needed, exercise after having my baby girl. I’d trained for 15 months almost every day until I became pregnant and then stopped as I was just too nervous to train whilst carrying, I wish I’d known of Louise then because I think she would of given me the confidence to carry on. Anyway I found her on Facebook and started doing her ‘mummy walk’ in Halewood triangle, I got to know a couple of the girls and we decided to do group training together, the best part of this for me being I could take my baby since I had nobody to have her- I’ve really struggled with this with regards to training. I can really recommend Louise, she’s amazing and makes you feel so relaxed.
I’ve trained with Louise for nearly a year now and just love my time training with her. She is so knowledgeable and caring and tailors all of the session to meet all of your needs. I’ve lost 2 stone since starting with her and she has not only helped with my fitness but also my nutrition.
She keeps in touch regularly outside of sessions with amazing words of encouragement and always trying new workouts. She is truly fabulous!
I’ve been having sessions with Louise for the last 2 years and really enjoy them, especially as I only live within walking distance from her house. Louise is really flexible with her sessions and will adapt them whenever necessary, she always talk through each exercise clearly so I have a good understanding of why I am doing it. The sessions are never intense and we always have time to fit in a chat, it’s nice doing some of the exercises outdoors in the warmer weather as well. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a personal trainer telling them what a lovely down to earth person she is and more important how comfortable she makes you feel during the sessions even if you are over 60!!
Louise went above and beyond to research my medical condition as to what exercise would be most beneficial to me. She gave me the confidence to try exercise and incorporate weights, not only during my p/t sessions , but at home too, which is something I’ve always be too nervous to try. She taught me about the benefits of exercise not just physically, but mentally too. I cannot recommend Louise highly enough
