I started seeing Michelle in Jan 2020 and immediately started seeing results. I’ve never felt as fit and as strong despite trying various exercises and exercise classes over the years. Michelle is a brilliant trainer. She really pushes you but does so in a way that always makes you feel comfortable. Coming from someone who hated training having weaknesses in all areas and no confidence moaned constant but Michelle changed that in me in no time she calmed my nerves helped me through each session and made me love training I wouldn’t train with anyone else and I would recommend Michelle to the world. I have been having sessions with Michelle for about 20 months. I have lost 2 stone but more importantly I feel so much more healthier and stronger. During lockdown Michelle was still available to offer advice and we started doing FaceTime PT sessions. I have trained with Michelle since the start of her journey as a PT. I have taken part in individual and group classes and more recently her 8 week challenge. Its safe to say no matter what route you go go down, Michelle will give it 100% to ensure she gives you everything you need for a bespoke plan to of your needs. I was delighted with the results of my 8 week challenge. I particularly liked that the workouts where sustainable and very fluid in the sense Michelle could tweak them push me even further if I needed it. Historically I struggle with the food element as I am never sure what to do or make. Michelle was able to make it very simple by giving me macro breakdowns and sample eating plans so it couldn’t of been easier. Thank you for everything.
