I signed up to the Northnutrition 8 week performance package. I really enjoyed working alongside Matt to adapt, change and improve my nutrition in tandem with a tailored sports specific programme.
I found Matt to be very personable and supportive throughout the 8 weeks. Alongside Matt’s understanding of nutrition i really enjoyed the accountability and empowerment he gave me during the programme. The weekly check-in’s allow you to review your performance against your goals. Matt replies to you with his own video where he reviews your past week performance whilst also tailoring your next weeks goals.

After a few weeks, improvement in my performance and nutrition were really noticeable and provided me with confidence and encouragement to complete the programme and beyond.
