I’m not sure I can think of the words to recommend Rach. I have been overweight my whole life and have always avoided exercise. I came to Rach nervous and scared and very unfit. I shouldn’t have worried, I immediately felt welcomed and had made a friend. She was unquestionably friendly and unbelievably knowledgeable about the different fitness and exercises and fully considered my fitness level, everything had an easier and harder option and she took my medical issues seriously and in her stride (I suffer from back problems). I was made to feel valued and important and like she had faith in me which is more important than I can say. Not only is she an incredible trainer but I have made a friend for life. Meeting and training with Rach has been truly life changing. I promise you won’t regret it.
How to describe this amazing lady? I don’t think there are enough superlatives in the dictionary! Very approachable & friendly, a really fantastic sense of humour (the proof is she puts up with this “loon” on a weekly basis!🤣). The sessions are always a blast, And you’ll be have such a great time, time flies leaving you wanting more! It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you have, Rachel has got you covered. I cannot recommend her highly enough apart from saying that I don’t consider her as a trainer but as a valued friend (she’s that good)!!! Give her a go I challenge you!
I Couldn’t Recommend This Girl More If I Tried, She Made Me So At Ease Straight Away And Talked Me Through Everything I Was Doing. I’ve Had Numerous Workouts With Rachel And Really Appreciate How Fun She Keeps Each Session But More Importantly For Me Makes Me Feel Like Family And That In All Makes My Workout So Much More Enjoyable !! Highly Recommend !!
