I have recently began having small group PT sessions with Sue. Every session has been different, hard work and fun. Sue is a fantastic PT who works us hard and gives great advice all round on how to progress. I couldn’t recommend Sue enough and I am looking forward to progressing with her as my PT in the future.
I’ve been working out with Sue for around 8 months now and my confidence and progress in the gym has increased so much. Even when I’m not around for a few days, she checks in with me to give me a boost. Her workouts are intense but are very good.
I have had Sue as a personal trainer twice, and both times she has been an encourager and supporter, making the work outs fun. Sue is a professional, who takes her work seriously, she understands her clients capabilities and adjusts the excersises accordingly. I am 61yrs young, and I enjoy taking part in Sues “legs bums and tums class” I feel Sue is the most understanding of trainers who sees my limitations and dosnt mind if I cant keep up with the rest of the class.
